A NIGHT TO REMEMBER

An elegant evening where good food and good wine go hand-in-hand. The best local chefs will provide the ultimate in food and wine pairing to enhance the flavors of both.  In one night we can make a difference in our community.  It will be "A Night to Remember".

Silent auction of over 200 items as well as a live auction of beach homes, fantasy vacations and more.  Proceeds go to enrich the lives of those with developmental disabilities and their families.  In addition, scholarships will be provided to Jr. Civitans in Johns Creek, Northview and Chatahoochee high schools.

How it works

• Doors open at 6:00 pm and guest have until 6:40 pm to enjoy culinary delights with delectable wines before our program officially begins.  Pairings will continue until 8:00 PM.

• At 6:40 pm our MC will welcome guest, recognize our sponsors and explain how the silent auction will proceed.  Finally, we will have a parent explain why we are at this event and what we hope to accomplish followed by a 2 minute presentation.

• At 6:55 pm we will announce that the first table will close in in 5 minutes (7:00 pm).

• Each table will have a theme

• At 7:00 pm the first table will close and a white table cloth will go over that table.  However, the other tables are still open for auction. Every half hour another table will close.

• Each half hour we will have a live 5 minute live auction of a few BIG and a few small items.  This will happen for a total of 4 times (7:00, 7:30, 8:00 & 8:30).  At the very end we will auction the fantasy vacations.
