Creating a platform to celebrate Zimbabwean youth in the North America region and to support young adults in the building of business skills and in endeavors that foster financial independence, create jobs, and grow African economies. The behavior that is being promoted is the behavior we get from the youth. There are a lot of talented Zimbabwean youth who have a lot of achievements that are not celebrated. By celebrating our youth, it will motivate them to work harder throughout the year and fuel them to get a step closer to their goals. ZYAA knows that our youth who are Tomorrow’s Entrepreneurs Today, have great business ideas and can benefit from some guidance to help make them a reality. Our one day Youth Entrepreneurship Conference before the awards gala is our organization's response to the demand for educating the next generation of entrepreneurs.
