The Legend of Sleepy Hollow

Nestled in a remote part of New York is Tarry Town... known as Sleepy Hollow... a quiet place. That peace is disturbed by the arrival of a new schoolmaster, Ichabod Crane. This new, eligible bachelor has eyes for Katrina Van Tassel, the only daughter of a wealthy farmer. Who will win the girl, the learned man of books or the boisterous and handsome Brom Bones?

Join Itawamba Community College's theatre group, under the direction of Dr. Laurie McBride, for a spooky, fun-filled ride through Washington Irving's famous American short story “The Legend of Sleepy Hollow” at 7:30 p.m. March 19 or enjoy a dinner theatre experience at 6:30 p.m. March 21 and 22. All performances will be at the W.O. Benjamin Fine Arts Center auditorium on the Fulton Campus. 

The menu for the dinner theatre experience includes hamburger steaks with onion and apple gravy, garlic mashed potatoes, Italian green beans, yeast rolls, apple cobbler with vanilla ice cream and water, tea and coffee.

Seating is limited on a first-come, first-served basis. Dinner theatre guests, who have purchased their tickets through this website for $22, will have priority seating.

Tickets for the PLAY ONLY will be sold at the door if any seats are available beginning at 7 p.m. each performance night for $5 each (FREE with an ICC I.D.).
